Understanding our cancellation terms for academic journeys and tours
If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply based on the notice period before departure:

We reserve the right to cancel a journey due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your journey subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of $100 per person, provided the request is made at least 30 days before departure.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
