Please read these terms carefully before booking with TanzaQuestPro International
By booking a journey with TanzaQuestPro International, you agree to these terms and conditions. A contract between you and TanzaQuestPro International exists when we issue a booking confirmation.
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. This must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
Participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it poses a safety risk.
TanzaQuestPro International acts as a tour operator. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the journey. All participants travel at their own risk.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or health emergencies.
We collect personal information for the purpose of booking and communication. Your information is stored securely and not shared with third parties without your consent.
We are committed to fair treatment of all crew members and adhere to KPAP standards. We do not tolerate discrimination or exploitation in any form.
We offset 100% of operational carbon emissions and support conservation initiatives. We encourage all participants to respect the environment and local cultures.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
